A moderatley successful EMS unit..tries to maintain it's rate of rescues in order for them to pass their inspection for an upcoming meeting with city officals. Yet? Their efforts are being thwarted by a rival EMS co. and by the antics of one of their staffers:"Mother" (played by Bill Cosby). This moderen day medical comedy drama was a minor success at the movies. It didn't become a big hit..mainly because it tried to be another"MASH". The characters lacked the charm and the warmth of the tv cast or the outrageous satire of the movie. "Mother,Juggs & Speed!"also features in the cast..
