Notice, I have chosen these games specifically because they are long running, have been on older consoles before playstations, Nintendo 64's, X-Boxes and Dreamcasts, are very well-known, have more than 5 games made and are still continuing on into newer consoles!!!
god i hope i didn't miss any!!

The the only thing i don't like is that the games are more complex. I can play the old mortal kombat games but not the new one cause their combos are hard and long
This isn't a surrender, this is what in the military we call a total a$$ kicking

When final Fantasy III (VI in Japan) came out for the SNES I bought it for $72 follars, using pretty much all of my christmas money that year. I opened it up and felt a sense of wonder at the beautifully illustrated instruction booklet and the two sided map, showing the normal world on one side and the world of ruin on the other. I had been a fan of Final Fantasy for almost all of my life and each game drew me in kmore and more.
But after that abomination known as Final Fantasy X I have abandoned the series and never looked back. I've seen screens of the newer ones in magazines but never read the articles. My days of keeping up with the franchise were killed in one fell swoop.

It makes me mad at truth
For loving what was you"

According to official material in Japan, Rockman, Rockman X, Rockman Zero, Rockman ZX, and Rockman Dash are effectively part of the same overarching series. That covers all the Mega Man games except for the Battle Network series.

That would make an awesome book, Trying to tie all the storylines together.
