    		 I did a search and could not find what I was looking for So I appologise if I have over looked it.
    I remember this show from the early to mid 80s. There was a boy with roller skates and a headset and a cap. There was also a computer that ( I beleive could walk) with a green face in the monitor.

    For those who have seen it the animation and even the feeling was very dimilar in the more recent Cartoon Network Cartoon What ever happened to Robot Jones.

    Any one know what this was.

    I also had a cooring book of this show when I was young, so there was some product support.

      		 Skooter Computer and Mr. Chips? I believe it was on School House Rock. I saw the little episodes on the School House Rock DVD. :D
