It was a really popluar mini-game. Almost like a flash game. You were Santa and the elves were pins. They would moon you and mock you as you bowled at them. It got even more infamous when a rumor got out that it would delete your hard drive on New Years. I think it got tied up in the whole Y2K jazz. My father actually saved it to his home computer after retiring so my nephews could still play it after turning his laptop in.

I can remember going to the computer room of my local Library .... and every single person would be on newgrounds at some point. ... What a sad time the 90's was.
