Sorry if there is a topic on this already. I am an avid NES collector, and I was just curious if there are any others on these forums. I currently have 292 NES games (no repeats), the Top Loading NES, two dogbone controllers, two regular controllers, the power pad, Zapper, and other odds and ends. Please share your collections! I am a huge game collector, not just NES but genesis, snes, sega cd, 32x, saturn, soon i wanna start gettin sega master system stuff as well as rarer systems. I dont do it to make money off them someday, i just do it because i NEED to, its a feeling i get when i look at the games that I need to get them.
I have (LONG LIST):
- over 100 NES games, 4 controllers (no dog bones), 2 front loaders (one without plugs and not working yet), one top loader, zapper, game genie
- over 100 SNES games, one regular super nintendo (not remodeled one), Super Scope (no box, but has super scope 6 with book), Mario paint with mouse and pad and booklet (no box though), 2 controllers (one regular and one ascii turbo controller; looking for regular snes controllers now and soon multitap)
- over 75 sega games, rectangular original genesis console, 3 working 3 button controllers (4th controller has broken C button), two six button controllers
- over 50 sega cd games, top loader sega cd (model that connects to side of system using that extra bar u can screw in to fit old model sega)
- only about 4 Sega 32x games, one 32x system
- About 60+ N64 games, 1 black N64 console w/ expansion pak (still have jumper pak too), 4 controlles (black, blue, green, and grey; all 1st party), starfox64 in the box that came with a free rumble pak (still have rumble pak)
- I have about 4 saturn games, one of which is Nights with the CD controller boxed and never used, saturn console, two 3rd party controllers
- I have about 40+ sega dreamcast games, 1 Dreamcast console that DOES play burned games/emulator stuff), 2 controllers, typing of the dead WITH keyboard, Dreamcast mouse, dreamcast light gun, 2 VMUs one green one white
- well over 80+ PS1 games, PSone console, 1 white dual shock at the moment (traded in my PS1 back in the day with 2 controllers and i still regret it but will buy another soon; wont be the same but oh well), 1 multitap, 3 memory cards
- I have 25+ Game Gear games, 1 game gear console, AC power adapter so no batteries needed while at home, sega master system converter
- i have roughly 60+ gameboy/gameboy color games, 1 original gameboy, 1 blue gameboy pocket, blue gameboy camera with sticker printer (still have sticker rolls for it)
- probably about 25 GBA games, 1 limited edition classic NES GBA SP (top looks like top of a front loader nes and inside looks like a controller)
- roughly 20 DS games, 1 red mario kart edition DS
- about 30+ Atari games, 1 atari 2600, 1 atari 7800, both with 2 joysticks each, a pair of the paddle controllers as well.
- I also have 60+ PS2 games, 1 late model big PS2 (no blue bottom or PS1 game playing problems), network adapter, 2 controllers, multitap, tekken 5 arcade stick (from tekken 5 bundle)
- 60+ xbox games, 1 first model xbox (still no problems; bought feb 2002), 4 "fatboy" original controllers (i like them the best)
- 30+ gamecube games, 1 black gamecube with broken glass gamer graffix on it, 4 controllers (2 black, one orange aka "spice", and one half purple half clear which is no longer made; all 1st party), 1 wavebird controller
So yea, thats my collection in a nutshell. I have mostly just the games for the cartridge systems but I do have a handful with boxes and/or booklet. My PS1 games all have original case with very few exceptions, maybe 8 with just game/case but no booklet, and only like 4 of those just the game. I am not exagerrating in my number of games either, i do have at LEAST the amount i say so if i say 100+ then i honestly DO have 100 games and then some. I have been collecting mostly all my life, but it got really big when i got my job at game crazy a year and a half ago, so in a year and a half i just about tripled my game collection.
I am a pro when it comes to knowledge on the old stuff, which is great at my job cuz its my specialty. We have a 3 for $15 sale going on any and all old school games no matter the price, so I'll probly get roughly 40-50 more games in the next week (i have about 20 from various old systems on hold in the office as we speak).
I do have a large number of rare games but majority is just everyday average games, i have things like chrono trigger, FF2 and FF3, mario RPG, tetris and dr mario, secret of mana, all which sell for at least $25 and up. I do not have boxes or books for them however. BUt thats just a couple, i have a few rarities for each of my systems with the exceptions of saturn and 32x since i dont have much for them at all cuz those i have tog et on ebay since my store (game crazy) only carries Dreamcast/PS1/N64/NES/SNES/genesis/Gameboy/Gameboy Color for old school stuff. But yea, definitely talk to me if you got questions or just wanna compare collections. mine arent cataloged yet, only my sega cd games cuz they were quickest to do.Are you sure you want to delete this post? That's pretty hardcore, dude! I also collect other systems other than NES, but the NES is my pride and joy (just bumped my collection up to 295 games, yipee!). I recently found a Sega Master System complete with 3-D glasses, light phaser, and 2 games, "Great Football" and "Phantasy Star". I'll have to compile my collection, but I would love to compare! Are you sure you want to delete this post? Yes | No - 8 years 5 months ago

100% certain it is.
That it is, my friend! DuckTales was one of the best games for the system, in my opinion.
Damn straight!
Disney and Capcom were on fire for awhile with games like Ducktales, Chip and Dale's Rescue Rangers, Darkwing Duck, Magic Kingdom, man the list goes on and on.
