One thing I'd suggest to consider doing is lean back or take a few steps back and squint at your work. If you can't make out which character is where then maybe you should add some composition techniques to draw attention to what you want to reader to know. Like positioning a character farther away from the viewer or closer to him. Or using a line of action to point to the face of a character who's saying or feeling something important. Try finding a book on comic art, it helps.
And for Pete's sake man Use some photoshop or something to add those word bubbles over your work on a nother layer! Trying to add them straight to the original drawing is hardly ever worth trying. It never looks very good.
