I agree with you. One of the best controllers of all time!

The Super Nintendo controller is my favorite also. Second to that would have to be the Game Cube controller.

Atari 2600. A joystick and one button. Simple yet fun.

I really, really want to say the Wii controller, but I havn't had experience with it yet, and who knows if it's a miss?

Until I find out, my fav is this:

Out of all currently available controllers, there's only one I like even better than the SNES controller:

The small style Sega Saturn controller. Sleek, stylish design. Fits the hands nicely. Six action buttons on the face (perfect for Capcom-style fighting games) and two shoulder buttons. Extremely responsive. Features probably the best, most comfortable D-pad ever made.

Microsoft, pay attention. You actually CAN place six buttons on the face within easy reach of the thumbs!

My fave is the '64 controller, awsome design, followed closley by the ps2, just fits so comfortably! The cube would be a good controller if it wasn't so small, the buttons are so close together! i heard the r/l 2 buttons on the ps3 are going to be trigger like the shoulder buttons on the x box, which will be the ultimate controller.

There are photos of the PS3 controller from E3, and it has no such thing. It's just the same as a Dual Shock 2, but wireless and with a tilt sensor instead a rumble motor.

                              1. SNES/Sega Saturn
                              2. Xbox
                              3. NES
                              4. Gamcube
                              5. N64 (great D-pad that never saw a Street Fighter game)

Playstation controller sucks as far as I'm concerned. Theres no comfort in the D-Pad (no center so your thumb gets rubbed againts hard plastic) and duel analog is a pain in the butt. The controller overall is at a odd angle and your hands end up too cramped. And the L2 and R2 buttons are a waste of space.

I am looking so forward to the Wii-mote and a new level control though. I suspect it might be one of my fav's once I get a Wii this fall.

They're somewhat rare, but not that rare. I have two of them that I got for free.

NES and SNES controller. I also like the look of the Colecovision controller.

I'd say NES Advantage for......NES. And Ascii Pad for SNES.
