    		 Ok... I need help with the title to the show that is now but a faint memory in my mind

    I can see a bear that wore a bandana or something like that I can remember hearing the name(or title Kennsington)... I also faintly remember something with a purple umbrella(but this might have been pertaining to a specific episode) Can anyone help me out?
