Yea...Gamecube is SOO kiddy, look at all those kiddy games like:
- Resident Evil
- Resident Evil Zero
- Resident Evil 4
- Eternal Darkness
- Geist
- Metroid Prime
- Metroid Prime 2
- Metal Gear Solid: The Twin Snakes
Yes, majority of games are for kids, but who the hell said ONLY kids can play mario games? I have tons of fun with mario baseball, mairo tennis, mario sunshine and I am 23. I have fun playing Bomberman and Pac man world 2. Do you honestly NEED to play super violent games with action and explosions all because you're not as young as you once were? Are the type of gamer who thinkg GTA is god's gift to the world? I own xbox, PS2, and gamecube, I own 60+ xbox and 60+ PS2 games, and about 40+ gamecube games, because I own more doesnt mena i love the system any less, im gettin a 360 next week and a Wi when that comes out.
I will not get the PS3 based on its $600 price tag and the fact I dont need a blu ray DVD player, not until they completely stop making movies on DVD which wont happen at least for another 1-2 years since majority of the world STILL dont have DVD players let alone blu rays. Don't hate on a system just because every game you own has to be rated T or M. Games are rated E because its for EVERYONE, E does not mean for kids. I alwyas get every major system, but PS3 is the only one i have no urge to buy whatsoever.
Im not a huge MGS fan so MGS 4 doesnt peak my interest, i never liked warhawk or RIIIDDDGGGEEE RACCEERRRRRR. Final Fantasy 13 would be the only thing i'd be interested in and its not enough to get a $600 unit for. I got other things to pay for like a car and soon an apartment, I think a 360 and a Wii will completely tide me over. That and the 360 and the Wii combined is as much as the PS3 and like I said, i have no need for a blu ray player, but when I do, THATS when i'll get a PS3 cuz it'll double as my blu ray player and a gaming system.
