Toni, in my opinion is the biggest badass, as it was him that brought the Leone Mafia family into nearly conquering Liberty City by eliminating the Sindaccos, Forellis and numerous major players such as Kazuki Kasen, Avery Carrington and others.

Okay so maybe not a wimp, cause he kills alot of guys, but he doesnt talk while he kills, and anyone who does that isnt a badass, they are just psychotic and twisted freaks. And carl..hes kind of a badass, but he whines too much. And toni isnt realy a badass, hes just like a gopher doing what hes told IMO. And I never played that mike dude...
