I remember those, a lot of fun to build, even more fun to have the car go flying. I think they were just called tracks sets (thats what they're called now anyway). Aparently they still make them.

my friend and i made the biggest hot wheels track thing [u]ever[/u] in his basement, it circled the room like 3 times and went through like a million things. ah good times
