Alright since the poll ended in a tie between an article about the Cartoon Series and an article about the Characters... the first person to respond to this thread and tell me which of those two they'd like me to write about first will be the deciding vote.

I noticed people wanted me to add some G.I. Joe couples to my Happily Ever After? Articles. However, my knowledge of the Joes, plus the pictures Google turned up on my hunt we'ren't good enough to do them justice. Maybe an inspired article could be done about the Joe couples called Fraternization in the Military. Thoughts? Of course, they could just be added to a grander article on the series or characters.

Start with the characters. Think of it as a "get reaquainted" article. Besides, once posted, it will give you something to refer back to when you do other G.I. Joe articles.

I'd love to read it. I remember Warlord went to Japan for awhile and was going to post the article when he got back. I hope he remembers.
It's just been approved for inclusion on the front page. My article is about Cobra Commander's origins from G.I. Joe: The Movie. I won't reveal too much about it because I want everyone to read it.

I did get my e-mail saying that my article has been aproved so I don't think I'll have much of a problem. I watched G.I. Joe: The Movie a few years ago on YTV and I had intended to tape it but for some reason the cable went out and wasn't able to get it so I watched it anyways.
It's still as creepy as the first 20 times or so that I saw it on TV. So it will be just as creepy when/if YTV decides to air it again.

What are you talking about? Of course they showed Duke dying. That's probably why it got a PG rating in accordance with the Canadian Television ratings system. I have no idea why they didn't warn people that it's not appropriate for younger children though?
Oh BTW Sigma Six is coming to YTV this fall just in case anyone wants to watch.

No, He lived because at the end someone said "By the way Duke is out of his coma. Yo Joe!".
Never seen Sigma Six, Only other Joes I watched after the original was the DIC for camp value and the CG version which was okay.
