Sony's really shooting themselves in the foot by delaying the release of the PS3 and having the price so outrageously high. Sure they'll get the fanboys who will buy it just because it says 'Playstation' on the box, but the majority of consumers who have to decide on which system to buy will probably wind up going with the XBOX360 or Nintendo Revolution because there won't be a shortage of those consoles, and the price will be at most half of what the PS3 will bring.
