I remember that my parents got an N64 for my brother and me in 1996. It was supposed to be a surprise Christmas gift, but we found it early (unwrapped, mind you).

Funny video there, especially when they're pawing at the box like a couple of wild animals. Still, if I showed this to my parents, they'd probably say that I acted like that when I was a little kid.

that would be sad if they broke it by shaking around that box.

I was like that aswell, sans the demonic scream... I thought Mario looked like a god when i first seen the N64 gfx.

Sort of off the topic...Heres the same kid's dj style lol.

omg, ok....i went ape shit for my PC when i got it, but i didnt explose into a tantrum of demonic screaming....no i did something even MORE disturbing....

while still in the box it came in, i sat on the floor and cradled the PC while using my gallum voice and saying, "my precious" over and over again.....and i was so into it, i started rocking it back and forth like a little baby. the only bad part was that my mom took a pic of me and it looks like im a friggin devil, what with my messed up hair and my devilish smile (with an angry face).

later on, the PC woulda been given to the family, as i couldnt run any games on it.

now, i have thine UBER computer, compared to the PC i got for christmas. my friggin monitor has HD......HD!!!!! thats just cool. being able to play fear and need for speed most want in high res and graphics without lagging.....ahhh......#^.^#

LOL that is too funny! My brothers and I use to get in hysterics like that every Christmas MUM LOOK WHAT SANTA GOT MEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE! MY younger sisters arent anything like that "Oh a Bratz.....this isnt the one I wanted..." :(

We got our first PC in 95 and it was 3 or 4 days before Christmas. We nearly peed ourselves with excitement, wanting to jump on and play Monster Truck Madness and Need for Speed right away but Mum made us wait till Chirstmas Day. :(
