System 8 years 7 months ago Posts: 74809	I love lots a classic video game sounds, but some of my favorites are in the NES Super Mario Bros. games...such as: The noise it makes when you go down a pipe, or shrink. Or, the power up noise it makes when you are tiny Mario and you get a Mushroom and become Super Mario.

I love the sounds from Donkey Kong. Especially the sound Mario makes when he jumps over the barrels.

System 8 years 7 months ago Posts: 74809	Mega Man 3 to me have some of the best sounds i think on the NES but my favorite tune is from the opening title and when you select which stage to go to..everytime I heard that gives me goosebumps.. also i like on Mike Tyson Punch Out when you knock somebody out,then that music start playing (same if Little Mac gets knock down) on the Genesis, I like the music on Golden Axe II for some reason and stage 1 off of Revenge of the Shinobi

Granger 8 years 7 months ago Posts: 27	I know it's probably not as Retro as the other suggestion, but I myself would love a sample of the classic Time Crisis line 'She must be dead by now' and it HAS to have the great punch noise that followed! Failing that I am sure something from the original Resident Evil (with all its terrible voice acting) would be good!
