    		 ok i don't remember the name of the show. or the characters. but i remember it came on after Alf on WB i think the station was. It was about this highschool girl (she had blonde hair) Her life was pretty normal until when she turned sixteen i guess thats when she developed these powers like freezing people in a room. She found out her father was an alien from another planet and she used to communicate with him through a crystal ball. She had a best friend which i don't think is important but im just trying to tell all the things i do remember. The last episode i remember was when they went to universal studios and her friend was trying to find the love of her life. they were on some kind of chase and then the show ended.

      		 Would it be "Out of This World" perhaps? It was about a teenage girl named Evie who lived with her mom, and her dad Troy was an alien, and they communicated through a cube shaped thingy. Evie could freeze time by putting her index fingers together, and she could "gleap" to make things disappear, or change them or whatever. I watched that show all the time.

          Yeah, I'm amazed how many people have never heard of this show, I used to watch it all the time when it was in syndication, and of course the theme song would be stuck in my head for days and days.

          I remember one episode where Evie was playing baseball and using her time freezing power to cheat, so her dad took her powers away. And another one where she had a twin that was all punk (there's a picture of it on that one site) and another one where her uncle or someone picked Evie and her friend up, and they flew through space in a Winnebago (total Spaceballs ripoff there) and there was this weird houseplant and a lot of cans of Spam. It was a weird show.

            		 thats so funny i remember the theme song too. I know that its a song before the show. But i remember how it began. I don't know why I remember this show so well. I was only one when it came out.
