Found these at a flea market this morning:

I vaguely remember drinking 'Donatello Raspberry' back in 1991. The other two flavours were 'Leonardo Lime' and 'Raphael Cola', but the guy didn't have those.

I wonder how they'd taste. I have no idea how soda holds up over time. They only cost me $5, so I might put 'em in the fridge and then crack 'em open.

Never seen those, but I do remember they had Super Mario Brothers soda cans right after that horrific movie of theirs came out.

Had I known TMNT soda existed, as a child I would have killed for it.

That's one of the great features about the internet is that there all sorts of exclusive promos in other nations that you never would have known would have existed otherwise. 8)

Be sure to post any other new/crazy retro promo items you find at any swap meets! :D

Btw, great new sig, Derrick!:lol:

Yeah, I'm pretty sure the TMNT soda (or 'soft drink' as we call it) was only released in Australia.

As a kid, I used to be so obsessed with American stuff that I was missing out on, that I didn't realise there was a lot of cool stuff we Aussie kids had all to ourselves. One day I'll write an article about Agro's Cartoon Connection and show you what I mean. :D

Now there is something I've never seen. Nice find Daniel! If you can find pictures and/or the names of the other two turtle sodas make sure to post that so I can log it into my memory.

Oh, boy is old soda the nastiest thing EVAR!! And thats evar with an a on purpose, thats how nasty it is. My dad used to collect old coca cola bottles, and in 2003 or 2004 I asked my little sister to get me a coke, well we had some super bowl XXXII collectors bottles on the bread box, and she got me one of those and gave it to me. Well normally I wouldnt drink it, but we also had some of those exact type of coke bottles in fridge that were for drinking, so I opened it up and took a drink. And I cant even explain, it was just the nastiest thing I had ever tried...and that was only what? Not even ten years...

Hey, christopher, if you're still around... I came across a pic including the other two flavours on eBay:

I was really excited at first, but it turns out they're opened. It's just not the same without gross 15 year old soda inside. :D
