Years ago, I started collecting glass soda bottles. The kinds with ACL labels and crown caps. Here are some photos of some vintage soda bottles. Some thanks to eBay, some thanks to www.2collectcola.com and some dug up from the ground and more.

This was purchased at a Soho antiques stop in Manhattan back in 1998. Very nice.

    Here's my collection

      Nice collection, Cowboygeoff.

I always wish they would go back full time to the classic soda bottles of yesteryear instead of this alumunim rubbish we have today. :(

Are you talking about those commemorative straight-sided bottles? Cool! You know, you can still get those things on www.2collectcola.com and www.colacorner.com

Oh yes, if you go to some Mexican grocer, they still sell sodas in these kinds of bottles (Coke, Pepsi, Fanta, etc.). Here's a collection of various Mexican soda bottles.
