System 8 years 8 months ago Posts: 74809	Yup, Zelda sure was a bitch in the series. I also liked the Mario 3 show but Mario world sucked balls. My all-time favorite is Captain N which is supposed to be out on DVD this year throuh Shout Factory! Captain N was such a great show because there was so much material- They could have a horror setting (Castlevania) an Action setting (Megaman) or a classic Adventure setting (The Legend of Zelda) I always wondered why DIC/Nintendo never did a Captain N series about SNES or N64?

System 8 years 8 months ago Posts: 74809	The Super Mario Bros Super Show was kickass! "Come on it's time to go, DO THE MARIO!" The Mario 3 cartoon was ehh, didnt really get into it... The Mario World cartoon was blahh.. Yoshi was SOOO annoying on it! I liked the MegaMan cartoon, the Zelda toon was ehh, not that great, could've been better

Hordak Alpha 8 years 8 months ago Posts: 801	The shows I liked the most were : Adventures of Super Mario Bros. 3 Super Mario World Sonic the Hedgehog:ABC cartoon I used to watch Captain N on and off but I was never a regular viewer. It just didn't hold my interest. I also recently gave Sonic X a chance but I found the plot pretty boring after season one concluded after Shadow the Hedgehog was introduced plus I never liked Eggman. He just basically sucks as a villain. The ABC show's Robotnik was a true, cold hearted monster of a villain that kept the show with a nice dark touch to certain stories.

Herokip93 8 years 8 months ago Posts: 374	i remember this episode of captain n, when he saved tetris land...if i was captain n, id have to NOT save tetris land, the entire place was made of squares. there was this security guard bouncing a ball againsta wall, and his boss yelled at him, took away his ball, and gave him a block, which did not bounce what so ever, clearly this land is biest against anyone round. we round people need to teach tetris land a lesson we must unite! anyhoo...simon is a loser and mega man needs to be blue and stop saying mega all the time.

System 8 years 7 months ago Posts: 74809	I liked the Super Mario Bros. 3 cartoon the best out of all the video game cartoons. I recently bought a DVD that has 6 episodes on it. I also liked the Super Mario Bros. Super Show, but I didn't like the Mario World cartoon one bit. Those cave people where so annoying, and Yoshi was too. I also watched Captain N a lot...but I always hated how they made Mega Man and Simon Belmont look and sound in the show. I also really liked the Mega Man cartoon that was made in the 90's. I have a few episodes of it on tape somewhere.

The NES and Game Boy weren't capable of curves. Actually, you can't technically curve anything on any type of screen, cuz it's all just a bunch of pixels. And Tetris DS is the 2nd best game on the DS. Behind only Mario Kart DS.

Mad-Mike 8 years 7 months ago Posts: 539	Super Mario Bros. Super Show was hilarious, especially the episode with Rob Stone being mobbed by groupies during the live action segment, the mario bros strangely creepy furnace, and the ratagator. The episodes were all spoofs of some other movie or story, but were really good, I also liked Luigi's voice better in this one, rather than that cowardly wobbly voice they gave him later. Captain N was my other big one. With such a diverse group of characters, you could get away with all kinds of crazy plots, and it was nice how they tied up all the games into one big universe that way. Princess Lana was hot, Kevin was cool, Simon was arrogant to the point of total idocy, I loved every minute of that show. I also watched the Power Team cartoon as well (I never realized it was a part of the Video Power game show for the longest time). I watched it mostly for that talking monster truck, Bigfoot, which was pretty funny to see being as I was huge into monster trucks at that age.
