Anybody remember the Wind in the Willows tv series? I don't know when it was created, but I know it aired in the 80's because my father recorded several tapes of it for me. It looked like claymation, but it wasn't. *shrugs*
I was wondering if anyone knew where I could either buy the series, preferably the whole thing, or download it. It bothers me that I'm missing a bunch of episodes, and that some are only chunks.
Hmm, I also seem to remember old Disney music videos played during the commercial breaks. Stuff like Pluto cartoon clips played over Beach Boys music. Anybody remember those?

The first and second seasons are now on DVD, so it shouldn't be too hard to find.

*stares* I look for three LONG years, only find the cartoon. And it took you, what, three minutes? *facepalms* I'm not sure whether to hug you, or hit you. Thank you! Now I just need to find that credit card...

Well, it came out on DVD not too long ago, so it was still fresh in my memory. I've never seen these before, but being an animation addict, it is a requirement that I see them.

Yeah, that sentiment gets expoused here quite frequently ;)

DTV (Disney's answer to MTV, but with oldies)
It's OK, next time I'll make you listen. I wish that it were in the power of all children to say that to their parents and to know that indeed they would be heard as we were in those wonderful days on Waltons Mountain.Narrator The Waltons (From the Runawa

I saw that series on PBS I believe it had some form of animatronics to make them look like they were really moving in that particular environment.

Animatronics makes sense. But some site I saw a while back said they used metal skeleton with ball-and-joint joints, wires in the heads to hold and move the faces, and magnets in the feet to hold them still. *shrugs* Whatever they used, it worked nicely.
