So i bet most of us here remember Blockbuster where you could go in & check out what movies TV shows & games were available yeah it was something that was a lot of fun & friendly but in more recent times things such as YouTube Netflix Hulu Redbox & Bitorrent have been taking over & to me they just don't carry the magic that Blockbuster once did does anyone else feel the same as me & think that Blockbuster & the other video rental stores should make a come back?.

If Blockbuster came back, Netflix and Redbox will just put them out of business again.

I also miss going to video stores. It was fun browsing the isles, trying to judge weather movies were good or not based solely on their box art. It would be nice if they came back, but I don't think they will. If they did come back, they would definitely get my business.

Hell no. They will charge you an eye for something that is pretty much out there for the taking. Good riddance.

I don't think video stores will return at all in the future. I know how you feel though. I have some anxieties about the future of video rentals myself.

Just shortly before they went out of business I signed up with Blockbuster online which let you rent your movies and they sent them to you via mail like Netflix. I had Netflix prior but cancelled due to the cost and I had no way to stream movies at the time. I could return the movies to my local Blockbuster and grab a new one which was quicker than mail. However, the Blockbuster store location closed and once I got a bluray player I began streaming service. I still get one Netflix movie in the mail because the newest titles aren't on streaming.
