My father recently passed away so I can't ask him. When I was little he got this movie for me I'm a 90s Baby but it was from my time. I'm thinking 70 or 80s. In the beginning of the movie it starts out like a normal film (non animation or non cartoon). A time machine pops up in this boys home. He gets in it and the movie then turns to cartoon. I can't remember much after that. I do remember a word that is repeated several times over. And a wizard or mabey even a math magician who " agrees to disagree" with his enemy. I believe there was a clock and a dog and a part of the movie where everything is melting. I may be getting some things mixed up. But if anyone can give me a name you don't know how much I'd appreciate it. I could watch it with my children and mabey even feel a piece of my father again. Thank you very much.

Thank you so much that's it. It wasn't a time machine it was a tollbooth. How did you know my description of the movie was terrible.

Haha, well the part about it starting live action then changing to a cartoon, and "agree to disagree" were good clues. Also "math magician."
But what really clinched it was when you mentioned a clock and a dog. As soon as I read that I knew for sure what you were talking about.
