Everyone else is calling it Chocolate fried chicken, but from the descriptions I've read the coating is made with spicy cocoa powder similar to that used in other countries, like Mexico for example.

So would you like to try White chocolate mashed potatoes, Cocoa fried chicken and a super-flaky butter biscuit?

I like my chicken southern and fried. Not made of cocoa.

      Now pass the mashed taters.

If a Choco Chicken restaurant ever opens in Seattle I would give it a try, maybe hold the gravy, lol.

According to the LA Times, organic chicken is soaked in a 36-hour brine before being coated in a crust made with 62 percent bittersweet chocolate and a mixture of 20 spices.

So this is spicy chicken available bone-in or boneless.

In addition to the white chocolate mashed potatoes there will be the chocolate ketchup, french fries cooked in duck fat covered with a special cocoa seasoning, plus molten chocolate meatballs, a fried chicken sandwich on a chocolate bun and your choice of salads.

I'm with v-man, if Choco Chicken makes it to Seattle I'm willing to try it.

It's refreshing to see a blatantly unhealthy food chain pop up, all these health nazi places are driving me nuts!

When I first read about the chocolate ketchup I couldn't stop thinking about the obvious:

I don't think I would like this. I'm pretty particular about which tastes get mixed together. But I'm willing to try a bite of just about anything.

Seems to me that I read somewhere that unsweetened cocoa is used in many places around the world as a spice in cooking. Sounds very interesting to me.
