I had this book when I was a kid but I can't remember the name.
The books character was a black Owl with multicolored horizontal stripes on his stomach.
The book came with a "pen" that had a sensor at the tip that when pressed over the colors in the book would make different sounds depending on the color. I think it also lit up.
