I believe it was a Sprite or a Nike/Lil Penny commercial that featured someone playing a video game. When he won the game, he shouted " I won!!". Another character or Lil Penny asked him "what did you win" and the player could not answer. This character/Lil Penny belittled him about winning a game with no prize.
I believe this ran possibly late 1990s (1998-1999) through early 2000s during the NCAA tournament.
I tried youtube and just searched and nothing comes up.
