            		 Apparently this lunatic is going to use the infamous 'Stand Your Ground' law as a defense. The guy threw a bag of popcorn at him. Apparently snack food like popcorn and Skittles will get you shot in Florida.

                		 The guy he shot has a family left behind story so he'll likely be found guilty. Also there were witnesses. Sadly my dad has the same mind set as this guy. He's an old man and if anyone tries to attack him he will shoot them. Don't think a jury will buy it this time.

                  Due to the witnesses, the verdict is sure to be guilty. I'm not sure which of the 50 states has the most crimes, but I'm sure Florida's in the top 10.
