I usually found my pack lunch tasted better than most food served in the cafeteria. I usually did until high school when they served hamburgers everyday. I liked school hamburgers.

Drahken 10 months 25 days ago Posts: 1237	lmao @ the "only when they had something I didn't like" posts, so... would be 98% of the time? We -are- talking friggin cafeteria food ya know....... I packed a lunch the majority of the time & only bought a lunch once in a rare while, when they had something decent (like I said, a RARE while). On the days when I bought I lunch I would trade most of the garbage on my tray to some other saps for their good items and/or their chocolate milks.

bassman21 10 months 4 days ago Posts: 4553	My mom usually packed my lunch until the 3rd grade. After that it was usually a tray lunch. I think it was because her school (catholic school) didn't serve lunches and it was what she was used to. I remember ants got into my lunch one day in the first grade. For some reason they only targeted my Dukes of Hazzard lunch box. I think the office ended up giving me a tray lunch for free instead of the cheese sandwich they were required to give by law.
