My biggest issue with snow is the fact the infrastructure around here (Georgia) seemingly can't handle it. The roads go to hell and power outages are almost guaranteed.

I think that's why this winter is getting a lot of media coverage. Here in Pennsylvania there's been 2 winters in the last 25 years that had more snow. But places down south who never get snow become crippled at seemingly light snowfall (By Northern standards) but you can't blame the cities too much. I mean 1 inch of snow would probably shut down San Francisco!
