If I see so much as one more snowflake this year, I think I'm going to go insane.

Come on, Spring! What's taking so long?

But seriously, winter around here has been somewhat pleasant. There's been very little snow, but I have no regrets.

I love walking in the middle of a snow storm, it's quite calming. Shoveling is getting old though.

My biggest issue with snow is the fact the infrastructure around here (Georgia) seemingly can't handle it. The roads go to hell and power outages are almost guaranteed.

I think that's why this winter is getting a lot of media coverage. Here in Pennsylvania there's been 2 winters in the last 25 years that had more snow. But places down south who never get snow become crippled at seemingly light snowfall (By Northern standards) but you can't blame the cities too much. I mean 1 inch of snow would probably shut down San Francisco!

I'm trying to imagine snow and ice on the hills of San Francisco. Some of those hills, it's amazing you can even drive up them on a perfectly dry day.
