    		 Other than watching the local news, I haven't watched much TV since I canceled my DIRECTV service over the summer. However, whenever I've had the TV on so far this holiday season, I haven't seen (or heard) "Ch ch ch chia" (Chia Pet) or "Clap on (clap clap)...clap off (clap clap)...clap on clap off" (the Clapper)! It always seemed to be a "tradition" to see or hear those two items being advertised during the holiday shopping season! Has anyone else here seen the Clapper and/or Chia Pet advertised this year???

      		 I've seen some commercials for those products, but they haven't been airing as frequently. I've mostly seen the commercials during syndicated daytime tv.

      They don't show a lot of fragrance commercials like they used to. I haven't seen a glut of fragrance commercials around Christmas time since about 2006.

        		 I haven't seen too many. I recall seeing the Clapper comercial about two weeks ago, and a Duck Dynasty Chia Pet about a week ago.
