I remember this one. I remember watching it each afternoon after school. I remember our local channel would play this, Widget, and Exo-Squad each afternoon.
It was basically a TMNT rip-off, but I still thought it was a good show.

I loved the original show. I was sorely disappointed when the new one wasn' available in the US for a long time, then even more disappointed when it finally was available. It was just friggin terrible compared to the original.
A similar show is the british "avenger penguins", with 3 motorcycle riding penguins.
