    		 I remember in school, there was this electric safety mascot. He was a light-bulb and we'd get like coloring sheets and stuff.

        		 If it was the character whose head looked like a lightbulb and his body was red electricity that might also have been Reddy Kilowatt. I remember a sign for an electric power plant nearby had his head as part of their logo.
