Please help, I'm questioning my own sanity. lol
anyway, when I was a kid in the late 1970's there was this animated film that would pop up from time to time and usually on a Saturday or Sunday late afternoon. All I remember is some castle and seasons (fall, winter, spring, summer) changing. A female character represented winter and she had a long coat and as she walked around the grounds her coat laid a thick layer of snow. It might be an NFB (national film board of Canada) film. I think there was just a background score, not sure. I've asked so many people my age and no one seems to remember it.
