I loved Halloween and Christmas themed movies. I remember as a kid I liked the movie Hocus Pocus because back then I didn't have the type of criteria on what constituted for a great movie except awesome things on the screen. Roger Ebert gave Hocus Pocus 1 star but as a kid I loved this movie! Also, I loved The Simpsons' Halloween Specials . As for Christmas movies, Home Alone is a great one and I remember liking Jingle All The Way starring Arnold Schwarzenegger that I watched back in the holiday season of 1999. I also liked A Christmas Story but I would never watch it from beginning to end. I would always catch it on tv at some random time and just watch it. I would do that so often enough that I think I may have watched the whole movie or close to it just by the bits and pieces that I saw at random times.

                A Cosmic Xmas

The Life & Adventures of Santa Claus

^ Even though this came out when I was 13,I still loved it. It was one of the last Rankin Bass Xmas Specials and it had this awesome, almost epic fantasy-like aura.

                  My five are:
                  Rudolph the Rednose Reindeer,
                  A Muppet Family Christmas,
                  A Year Without Santa Claus,
                  Christmas Comes to Pac-Land, and
                  Garfield's Christmas

This was hard because I do love The Grinch and Charlie Brown, but I always was fond of these 5.
