I'm not sure if this was only in my state/county (Florida/Broward) or if this was across the country.
Back in the early part of the 80s (not sure how long it lasted)I was in kindergarten and during certain times during the day we'd watch an itv program or two. I think they were mostly PBS shows.
I distinctly remember "Dragons Wagons and Wax", and some show with a guy who would use either chalk or oil crayons and as he's reading a story, would draw parts of the story.
Also before and after each show was the itv logo. Each letter was in outline only, and each letter had a primary color.
I've tried to look online but all I keep finding is the itv from England.
Thanks to anyone who can help.
