I remember this game was everywhere at one point but by that time in 1995 the Genesis was way outdated and arcades, Saturn and PS1 were in full swing so I didn't think much of Comix Zone or Vectorman around the same time. By that time the Genesis hardware was way outdated since it was from 1989 and even the SNES had awesome graphics with the Donkey Kong Country games for SNES that blew away anything from Genesis. I loved the Genesis but Comix Zone was all hype and style more than anything because I didn't much care for the gameplay and the mechanics. Streets of Rage series was where it was at when it came to these kind of games for Genesis and I've played that at least a couple of years before Comix Zone.

I really liked the game & found it to be very innovative at the time. Granted, it was rather gimmicky, but still.....

My thoughts exactly. I loved it and played it a ton, but yeah, almost impossible to beat.

That game has a good ending and a bad ending, and I was fortunate to see the good ending.
