      		 I tried to but I could never get into it.

      There were better sci-fi/horror shows at the time like War of the Worlds and Friday the 13th: The Series, which both happened to be syndicated. They were able to take the gore a lot further. I remember being shocked at how gory WotW was. I remember Werewolf being boring and really never delivering on the scares, but it's been a long, long time.
