At the beginning of the Summer, I found a memory of an old TV fitness show I used to watch that ran from 1993 to 2001. If you were within a radius of my local TV area you might remember it.
Part 1: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_O-8qHg4dZY
Part 2: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mBfbtkmXm7U
Part 2 included a "Little Rascals" short segment.
Just thought I'd share.

My cousin used to tell me to watch King Koopa's Kool Kartoons, but I don't think I ever did.
I used to like to watch K-Mouse on KHJ/KCAL. I would write to the show and send post cards. I used to tell my mom to buy me the Disney ones at the Thrifty's.
I also liked to watch a music video show called Are-oh-vee. Which I think stood for Rock on Video. Or at least that's what the people working the request line told me.
I remember this show. It filmed out of Secaucus, NJ. The Richard Bey show also filmed in the same studio I'm guessing.

Mario Cantone's "Steampipe Alley".
It was a fun game show for kids, and they had the Mario Brothers segments too. I never forget the sound of Mario Canton screaming during the obstacle courses, he would also dress up and play characters from his family.
