    For me, the true 90s feel started on August 11, 1991 when 3 of the first Nicktoons came out (Doug, Rugrats, Ren and Stimpy) - IN THAT ORDER

          		 I don't know. I would say around 1990 or 1991 when I was introduced to the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles movie. I can't remember the exact date.

            		 What he means is when were you conscious of the 90s. I have to wonder though, how can you remember anything from being 3 years old? I don't believe that people can be fully conscious of their existence when they're 3. When I was 4 I started to become conscious of my existence more and more as I remember playing NES games and watching tv before I started kindergarten so I have to say that the 90s for me started in 1991 when I was approaching 5 and when I hit 5 that year I remember many things as I started to draw Ninja Turtles at that age.
