    Such a random question. Of all the years to pick, why thems? Anyways I would choose neither because there is really no significance other than being born in '89 and 2013 being a less than stellar year for me.

        It would be nice to see how the 80's actually were as opposed to just watch
        -ing movies that were made during the decade and reading books describing
        it. Plus,I always wonder about experiencing the End of The Cold War Period to
        see how it was really like.
