        		 Achy Breaky Heart by Billy Ray Cyrus was the first one to come to mind.

        But yeah, there's honestly a ton. 'Who Let the Dogs Out?', 'Thong Song', 'My Heart Will Go On', 'Mmmbop', 'Macarena', etc. It's hard to pick just one.

                    I know it's a cover of the Peter Frampton classic, but I think it's the worst cover and the worst song of the 1990's!
                    As with the 1980's, I have many fond memories of the 1990's, so it's tough for me to find songs I dislike, or the "worst" songs...

                                  		 To me, virtually all songs in the 1990s were bad. But the worst of them all is a song that you couldn't escape from the radio without hearing this song being played:

                                  "Runaround" by Blues Traveler.

                                  That song got massive radio airplay in the mid-1990s and although it peaked at #5 on Casey's Top 40/Rick Dees' Weekly Top 40 and enjoyed a long but not-so-well-deserved stay on those countdowns, I was quite shocked to learn that it was the #2 song of 1995 on their Year-End Countdowns.

                                  Imagine how "Runaround" would have done if it made it to American Top 40, had the original run of such show not been cancelled.

                                          Blues Traveler's "Hook", which was a minor hit in late 1995/early 1996 was a better song than "Runaround"...I still have the CD single of it.
