            		 Good question. I'd probably say 2002 just because the Internet was still more or less unknown in 1992. I mean hell my dad is a computer engineer and didn't even go online until 1991ish and this was when it was still text.

            By 1997 it was still very normal not to be online but the Net was already a huge thing.

            Architecture and cars from 1997 look in between I guess but I'd give the edge to 2002 probably.

                  		 The 90s were a special time and by 2002 the vibe vanished as if it never existed so I have to say that 1997 was more like 1992. In those years Disney animated films were still made as well as over the top Hollywood movies. I miss 1997 so much.
