Need help with my memory. I recall a short, live action tv special I watched during the 1990's in which a young girl meets a clown that as she follows him around her town, he performs magical miracles. He helps an old woman walk without her cane and a homeless reform and get a job, but the side effects are he takes on the problem/disability of those he helps. Any takers on this as for title or reference?
