I remember seeing an anti-smoking p.s.a. some time in the 1990's. I would see this every Saturday morning, and it would scare the living crap out of me. The only thing I can really remember about it is that a zombie looking woman would take a drag from her cigarette, and when she pulled it away her lip tore off. Any help would be appreciated!
