A huge improvement over Pocahontas and one of Disney's most underrated, darkest and unique animated movies. I saw this movie 3 times in theaters when i was 14 and loved it, became one of my favorite animated movies.

I also liked how adult oriented this one was and that's why it appealed to me. I thought Jason Alexander was hilarious as one of the gargoyles and i thought Esmerelda was bonervision for a toon just like Demona or Jessica Rabbit or Taarna from Heavy Metal, lol.
"Nobody wants to see vampire killers or vampires either! apparently all they want are demented madmen running around in ski-masks hacking up young virgins"-Peter Vincent from Fright Night.

I have to disagree with you because it scared me as a kid I still see scenes from it but i vowed after countless times seeing it to not see the whole thing start to finish again

That was a nice gothic segment of the film
