The first two movies are such a big part of my childhood. I haven't picked them up on dvd, but there is a nice blu-ray set that comes in a pizza box.

I own the special DVD set that contains all of the four TMNT movies (the three live action ones and the CGI animated one) that also come with little masks and temporary tattoos. I also have some (not all) of the DVD volumes/season sets of both TMNT cartoons (more of the 80s cartoons than the 03 one) and the DVD of Turtles Forever (which I loved the special but the DVD is a huge disappointment for me). To sum it up, in my DVD collection, there is one shelf that is ALL TMNT DVDs.

Did anyone else get to see them "in concert"? I vaguely remember it, but it was a stage show where they kind of did song and dance numbers. I used to re-create them with the soundtrack on cassette.

                Edit:

Oh wow this is weirder than I remember.

TMNT were a big part of my childhood. I first began drawing them in kindergarten when I was 5! I had a bunch of their toys that my mom bought for me at garage sales and I loved TMNT 2 for NES and Turtles in Time for SNES and Hyperstone Heist for Genesis. I watched the movies but I don't think I watched them in full. I almost bought the first three Turtle movies on Blu-ray but decided against it. I'd rather just watch the gameplay footage of the arcade game, NES games, SNES and Genesis games on Youtube.

TMNT the Movie was the first time one of my cartoons was made into live-action. Actually that may have been Masters of The Universe, but I was way more into TMNT. I watched it while it was in theaters, but at home via bootleg VHF copy. It's one of those times in my life that I will never forget; I was so excited to see that movie. I still watch it today sometimes when it comes on TV. I have all of the 80's TMNT episodes, I was re-watching them with my kids but now we watch the new NICK version, which to me is the only other acceptable version besides the original.
