                    2012 is the year that Autonomous Weapon Systems went mainstream. Thanks to Human Rights Watch a lot of people that paid little attention before are on the alert now.

                    I knew about advanced robotics at DARPA, but I never knew about TARDEC - the auto industry's arm of defense research, located in Detroit.
