Who are your favorite action movie stars?

No doubt that the majority of folks here will pick Arnold.

This is a hard one I can't pick just one because i love action movies so much but a few of my favorites are

          Arnold (of course)

Bruce Willis (Yippie Ky Yay Mother F**ker)

Stallone (First Blood is still one of my favorite movies ever)

Harrison Ford (The Fugitive just might be my favorite action movie ever)

Chow Yun Fat (undeniabley great gunplay actioneer)

Mel Gibson (the guy should be registered as a Lethal Weapon)

Segal (laugh if you want but Hard to Kill, Out for Justice and Above the Law are great action movies)

Matt Damon (I love the Bourne series and he's earned a mention here)

The older I get the more I like Bruce Willis. He has a nice balance of talents with that "I don't care what I look like" attitude.

I like all the classic Stallone/Van Damme/Schwarzenegger/Segal/Norris guys of yore. But I also like Liam Neeson, Tony Jaa, Jackie Chan etc.

Clint Eastwood's a good action star.

                          Harry Callahan:
I know what you're thinking. "Did he fire six shots or only five?" Well, to tell you the truth, in all this excitement I kind of lost track myself. But being as this is a .44 Magnum, the most powerful handgun in the world, and would blow your head clean off, you've got to ask yourself one question: Do I feel lucky? Well, do ya, punk?

I'm going to add one of the most improbable action stars ever,

Rutger Hauer in "Blind Fury" from 1989:

                            Don't drop your pants...

Van Damme was my favorite as a kid. I also like Arnold and Stallone a little too.
An action star I recently started liking a lot is Bruce Lee.

Dragon: The Bruce Lee Story got me appreciating Bruce Lee a little bit.

I have to agree with this. Michael Keaton's batman was a classic bad ass of few words. My pick would be Sigourney Weaver from aliens. She is an example of a strong female character done right.

Speaking of strong female characters, Linda Hamilton is on the top of my list.
