I remember one of my earliest memories is of an arcade cabinet, I remember seeing it a few times. The first time at an old resteraunt called "Kettle" and also a movie theatre. It was a scrolling beat/shoot 'em up with a top down view and it would scroll up and also to the left/right. I remember it was one of the first times I heard a voice in a game. There was some subboss or boss that looked like Anubis and had a blue and good stripped pharaoh hat. I remember when he's defeated there is a long slow explosion and you hear his voice boom through the scratchy speaker. It has a visual aesthetic similar to legendary wings but I remember the character walks on the ground and I think you punch as well as shoot. The scrolling is similar to what the scrolling in MERCS or Guerilla War. I can't find even the slightest info on this game searching for key features for years. It almost seems like it isn't real but I'm certain it is. Thanks for any clues or suggestions.
