YES! Hi VKIMO! I noticed that I could sign in under my gmail now on Retrojunk, so I used that tonight (I didn't have my password for my old account nearby)... but I'll go back to using that name more often (though signing in under gmail is pretty convenient).

Haha good to see you back! Yeah, that last issue will set you back 25 bucks on eBay, totally worth it though. I'd buy 2, one to read and one to collect.

I used to love the Nintendo Power magazine. I remember when they had Pokemon comics in them. I used to get them out from the library but some of them had the comics ripped out! What a total rip-off especially for others who want to read the comic like me. I am a total Pokemon fan.

I finally got that last issue in the mail today! And it was from the neighbour 'round the corner who is now on vacation in Hobart, which makes me jealous!

It's kind of sad because the reason that Nintendo Power stopped running is because of a declining readership, but now that the last issue is here, people are scrambling to get it.

They did that strictly to get sales on their new stuff. They don't want to make it seem like they peeked 15 years ago with the top 10 being all old games.

I just got the last issue today for six dollars. It was a good thing my local Barnes and Nobles still had some in stock.

I thought it was a great issue, and it definitely went out with a bang. I liked the testimonials and memories written by some of Nintendo Power's current and former staff from working at the company. I also enjoyed Nintendo Power's year by year analysis, which was a very fun read.

Nintendo power was a great magazine and all, but what about tips and tricks? Whatever happened to that?

I loved Tips and Tricks because I wasn't too interested in what games were coming out so much as I was in how to beat/cheat games I already had.
