Let's see...
Kirby - Simple, fun, short, and relaxing. I've played and re-played so many Kirby games all the way through, start-to-finish. I think I've beaten Kirby Super Star from beginning to end more than any other game, ever.
Pokemon - Big shocker, I know. Even though I don't often play the same exact version more than once, a lot of them are essentially the same (or all of them are, depending on who you're asking).
EarthBound - I've played through all the EarthBound games at least once in English and at least once in Japanese. Classics.
Advance Wars - Campaign modes over and over again, but that's because they're necessary to unlock stuff.
Phoenix Wright - I play individual cases all the time, but never played a whole game through start-to-finish more than twice. Not really known for its replay value, anyway.
Other than that, it's kinda hard to measure. Like, I've done the one-player modes in Melee and Brawl a lot, but I'd hardly call them their own games. Generally, I try to avoid replaying games since I always have hundreds that I haven't played through yet.
